AZ360 Financial (AZ360 FIN) will be down from Saturday, May 31, 2025 through Tuesday, June 3, 2025 in support of the AZ360 HRM upgrade cutover. During the cutover period, AZ360 FIN will not be available for viewing access and processing any transactions, including deposits and payments. AZ360 FIN is anticipated to be available on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. 

The infoAdvantage reporting tool will also be unavailable during the cutover period and is expected to be unavailable until Wednesday, June 4, 2025. 

Arizona Payment Portal (APP) and AZ360 FIN live integration will also be down during the cutover and is expected to be up on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. 

The last nightly AZ360 FIN batch cycle before the HRM Upgrade cutover will be Friday, May 30, 2025. Warrants from Friday, May 30 batch cycle will be available for pick up or mailed out on Monday, June 2, 2025.  Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments from Friday, May 30 batch cycle will be sent to Bank of America on Monday, June 2, 2025. 

Agencies that send inbound interfaces to AZ360 FIN are requested to hold files until AZ360 FIN becomes available and the normal processing resumes.  Any inbound interfaces inadvertently sent to AZ360 FIN during the HRM cutover period will be saved and processed when AZ360 FIN becomes available. 

Outbound extracts from Friday, May 30 AZ360 FIN cycle will be available for pick up on Monday, June 2, 2025.  When AZ360 FIN is up on Wednesday, June 4, outbound extracts from Wednesday batch cycle will be available for pick up on Thursday, June 5.
