The FSRS.gov Subaward Reporting System Will Be Retired in Early 2025
The Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) Subaward Reporting System (FSRS.gov) will be retired in March 2025. In the coming months, the General Services Administration (GSA) will be working toward the launch of a modern subaward reporting capability in SAM.gov.
As a single system, GSA boasts that by adding FSRS.gov subaward reporting functions to SAM.gov, users will have access to an expanded suite of data and tools that will be able to:
- Manage subaward reporting for all of unique entity IDs (UEI) from one SAM.gov account.
- Share reporting responsibilities across the team.
- Maintain and exert more control over report management.
- Reduce duplicate reports and report frequency with system checks that warn of potential issues.
The GSA is hosting a webinar on the retirement of the FSRS system and the upcoming launch of subaward reporting capability in SAM.gov on Tuesday, December 17th at 11:00 a.m. MST. State agencies that issue subawards subject to FFATA reporting requirements are encouraged to have their subaward reporting staff attend.
