The General Accounting Office (GAO) sent the Fiscal Year 2024 Summary Schedule of Prior Audit Findings (SSPAF), the Final Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA), and accompanying notes requests to impacted agencies and provided the deadline of Friday, January 31st 2025.

The General Accounting Office (GAO) posted the link to access the official version of the 2023 Single Audit. 

The FSRS.gov Subaward Reporting System will be retired in early 2025. Federal subaward reporting functions will be assumed by a new system within SAM.gov.

This is a reminder about the State of Arizona Accounting Manual (SAAM) policy 7070 Federal Offset Communications that requires notification of federal debt and offset related communications to the General Accounting Office (GAO) as soon as practicable.

The FY 2024 Schedule of Expenditures for Federal Awards (SEFA) and accompanying notes are due Monday, September 30, 2024.

The Fiscal Year 2021 Statewide Cost Allocation Plan (SWCAP) is posted to the General Accounting Office (GAO) website under Financials on the Statewide Cost Allocation Plan webpage. 

Agencies that receive a Single Audit finding are required to submit a copy of the finding to the General Accounting Office (GAO) within two business days of receipt. A corrective action plan (CAP) in response to an audit finding is required within one week of finding receipt.

The FY 2024 Federal Closing Package is due Monday, July 22nd, 2024 to the General Accounting Office (GAO).
