The "FY24 AFIS Charges and Instructions" document is posted to the GAO website. The instructions and updated schedule can be found on the GAO website under AFIS, AFIS Information. The Internal Transaction Initiator for ADOA (ITIAD) document processing instructions and the summary of charges by agency are in the same PDF document. Each agency will be responsible for the amount on the summary sheet. 

Note: The ITIAD document ID for the FY24 AFIS Charges was changed to ADXXXAFIS24B where XXX is the agency’s department code.

The General Accounting Office (GAO) requests payment by September 15, 2023. If there are any questions, contact the agency AFIS liaison.
