Agencies are now able to enter their FY 2025 Back of the Bill Items and Adjustments based on the Arizona Joint Legislative Budget Committee's (JLBC) Crosswalk of FY 2025 General Appropriation Act to Appropriations Report Totals.

General Appropriation Act general agency counsel charges pursuant to Laws 2024, 2nd Regular Session, Chapter 209, HB2897, Section 145, may be processed.

FY25 appropriations per Laws 2024, 56th Legislature, 2nd Regular Session, Chapter 209, HB2897 and Chapter 211, HB2899 may be entered in AZ360 and submitted to the General Accounting Office (GAO) for processing.

FY24 appropriation adjustments per Laws 2024, 56th Legislature, 2nd Regular Session, Chapter 209, HB2897, may be entered and submitted to the General Accounting Office (GAO) for processing.

Agencies shall process the transfer of monies for FY24 fund balance transfers identified in Laws 2024, 56th Legislature, 2nd Regular Session, Chapter 209 (HB2897), Section 133 as well as from Chapter 211 (HB2899), Sections 9E, 10E, 11C, 14A, and 30.

The annual Departmental Budget Roll scheduled for Saturday, May 11, 2024 to create FY25 budgets is postponed until further notice.
