The FY25 AZ360 Charges and Instructions quick reference guide (QRG) is available on the General Accounting Office (GAO) website. Instructions for processing the Internal Transaction Initiators for Arizona Department of Administration (ITIADs) and the summary of charges by agency are in the same document. Each agency is responsible for the amount on the summary sheet.
