FY26 Annual Departmental Budget Roll Update
The Annual Departmental Budget Roll scheduled for May 24, 2025 to create FY26 budgets will not have Draft as an available option for transaction status. Only Final will be an available option this year.
This is related only to the thirteen agencies that have selected a budget rollover with a status of Draft on the BFY26 Budget Structures Elections spreadsheet located at https://gao.az.gov/operations-resources.
Needed Action!
Out of the thirteen agencies, if an agency would like to have the budget rollover with a status of Final, contact the General Accounting Office (GAO) Budget Team at [email protected] by close of business on Thursday, May 22, 2025.
The alternative is for the agency to instead manually copy the FY25 departmental expense budget transactions to create the FY26 budgets.
