There will be impacts to the availability of the human resources information system (HRIS) during key times during this fiscal year-end (FYE). A calendar of these dates was provided during the Statewide Payroll Meeting and is available on the General Accounting Office (GAO) website. To locate the Statewide Payroll Meeting FYE presentation, Statewide Payroll Meeting FYE 2024:

1. Navigate to the Payroll Guide webpage (https://gao.az.gov/payroll-guide).
2. Select VI. Statewide Payroll Information.
3. Select Fiscal Year End.
4. Select Statewide Payroll Meeting FYE 2024.

HRIS Availability:

Wednesday, June 19: HRIS VIEW ONLY (until 10 a.m.)

• In order to allow the GAO to make prior year adjustments, HRIS is scheduled to be unavailable for update from Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. until Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The system will be available for view only during this time. The Y.E.S. website and employee time entry (ETE) will not be affected.

Friday, June 28: HRIS VIEW ONLY

• In order to make fiscal year-end updates effective July 1, 2024, HRIS will be unavailable for update all day on Friday, June 28, 2024. The system will not be available for handwrites. The Y.E.S. website and employee time entry (ETE) will not be affected.
