infoAdvantage Scheduling: Email Delivery Issue
The infoAdvantage report scheduler is currently experiencing an issue with delivering reports via email. We are aware of the issue and are working on it urgently.
As a temporary workaround, reports can be scheduled by leaving the destination set to Default Enterprise Location. Scheduled instances run with the Default Enterprise Location can be viewed by right-clicking the report and choosing History. See the Quick Reference Guide Scheduling Reports in infoAdvantage for additional guidance.
