Most Common Outstanding AZ360 Financial Issues

If an agency is experiencing any of the four (4) issues addressed in this communication, the General Accounting Office (GAO) is aware and currently working with CGI to fix these issues as soon as possible. Once the issues are resolved, GAO will update users. The most common and outstanding issues agencies have inquired about in regards to AZ360 Financial are: 

  • Only five (5) attachments can be added to a transaction.
  • Fixed Asset Modification (FM) transactions are missing ‘New’ fields on the component line.
  • Multiple values exist for Fiscal Year, Budget FY, or Period. (A7958)
  • Ability to enter negative line amounts on transfer transactions.

The situation below is now a part of the AZ360 functionality and will need to be incorporated into each agencies procedures.

  • On Internal Transaction Initiator (ITI)/Internal Transaction Agreement (ITA) type transfers, the initiator reference lines do not populate the dollar amounts on the ITA transaction until the transaction is validated.  

Note: There are other issues that were not listed above as they do not impact all users or all agencies.
