Update for Warrants Designated as PULL

Agencies are not required to obtain authorization from the General Accounting Office (GAO) to designate warrants as PULL in the AZ360 system and to pick up those warrants from the GAO front desk. Successfully processed PULL warrants will be available for pickup the following business day between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM by an authorized agency representative. However, the option to designate warrants as PULL should only be used in rare cases. 

GAO will periodically review the use of PULL warrants and will follow up with agencies for justification if the use increases or seems excessive. As a general rule, warrants should be both printed and mailed by the ADOA General Services Division to prevent unnecessary traffic at the GAO front desk

Agencies who need assistance with troubleshooting warrant issues after they have unsuccessfully attempted to research internally within their agency (i.e., why a warrant did not generate from a GAX document), should contact their AZ360 GAO Agency Liaison as designated on the GAO website's Operations Resources webpage: https://gao.az.gov/operations-resources. This includes questions about PULL and NON PULL warrants.
