In these times of increased identity and mail theft, we’re asking for your assistance to encourage State employees to consent by January 9, 2023.  In addition to security protections, employees that consent to receive their W-2 electronically will receive access to it in early January as opposed to the physical mailing which occurs in late January.

The 2022 W-2 Advisory is a flyer that you can provide to employees to help with this initiative.
