Fixed Asset Mass Depreciation Run for the 4th quarter of FY 2023 is scheduled to take place on July 1, 2023.

There will be impacts to HRIS Availability during key times during this Fiscal Year End (FYE). A calendar of these dates was provided during the Statewide Payroll Meetings and is available on the GAO website. This article mentions two of the specific dates.

In observance of the federal holiday, Juneteenth, the U.S. Federal Reserve, commercial banks, financial institutions, and the Equity and U.S. Bond Markets will be closed on Monday, June 19, 2023. The State of Arizona agencies, boards and commissions will be open. While Juneteenth is recognized by the State of Arizona, per A.R.S. § 1-315, it is not a legal holiday.

FY24 general appropriations act and capital outlay appropriation loads may be entered in AFIS and submitted to the GAO for processing.

PO staging for Fiscal Year 2024 in APP, tentatively scheduled from 6/15/2023 through 6/22/2023, is canceled.
