Requests to liquidate POs created in APP directly in AFIS (i.e., manual liquidation requests) should only be submitted when there are true AFIS and APP integration issues. True AFIS and APP integration issues mean integration mechanisms are broken between AFIS and APP and there are no other solutions, but to close open POs created in APP directly in AFIS.
