Fiscal year (FY) 2023 was closed on Saturday, 9/2/2023. Monthly outbound extracts for the 13th accounting period (APD) of FY 2023 are anticipated to be available on Wednesday, 9/6/2023.

In April of 2023, the AFIS Operations Team published the Manual Liquidation Requests of Purchase Orders (POs) Created in APP web story to provide specific instructions on how to correctly handle manual liquidation requests with true AFIS and APP integration errors.

Fixed Asset Mass Depreciation Run for the 4th quarter of FY 2023 is scheduled to take place on July 1, 2023.

PO staging for Fiscal Year 2024 in APP, tentatively scheduled from 6/15/2023 through 6/22/2023, is canceled.

Due to increased incidents of theft and fraudulent alterations of state-issued warrants, the General Accounting Office (GAO) strongly encourages state agencies to pay vendors by ACH/EFT. State agencies can also pay vendors via the agency’s US Bank P-Cards if appropriate, but must follow the state procurement guidelines and policies.
